Booking

By placing a booking, you (the lead guest) agree to these terms. The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only named guests may use the property.

Payment & Security Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your stay. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to the property being left in good order.

Cancellation

More than 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival: 25% charge. 4–8 weeks: 50%. 2–4 weeks: 75%. 2–14 days: 90%. Less than 2 days: 100% of total cost.

Check-in: from 4:00pm. Check-out: by 10:00am.

Property Rules

Both properties are strictly pet-free. No smoking inside the property. Guests must not cause nuisance or disturbance to neighbours.
